My Policies


This is my full time job which I adore so please follow this polite notice to keep a small business like mine alive. Please remember all businesses have mouths to feed and bills to pay and I want to keep doing what I love. Once your booking has been made, please read these terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By continuing with your booking you are agreeing to adhere to these terms.

I am working all day so I reply to messages/calls/emails as quickly as I can between 9-7 Mon-Fri. Please note this may not be the same day that you contact me.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • New Eyebrow clients will be asked to pay a booking fee of £50 once you’ve had your test patch. Until this is paid your appointment is not secure.

  • Once you have booked please note that I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means if you have to cancel with less than 48 hours until your appointment you will be charged full price for the appointment missed.

  • If you cancel and rebook you will also have to pre-pay for the rebooked appointment.

ATTENDING APPOINTMENTS

  • I respectfully ask that you arrive on time to your appointment, I do not have a waiting room and am likely to be with another client or preparing for your appt.

  • I cannot move your appointment more than once. Please be mindful I try to be as accommodating as possible but I have a business to run and lots of appointments to arrange.

PAYMENT

  • Please pay at the end of your appointment.

  • I accept bank transfer or cash.

  • People who wish to pay by bank transfer must pay during the appointment with me otherwise I will only accept cash on the day.

  • I will need 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment otherwise you will be charged.

EYELASH CLIENTS

  • Eyelash infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks

  • If you have less than 40% of your eyelash extensions left you will be charged for a full set, not an infill.

  • Eyelash - Please look after your lashes as per my aftercare advice and new leaflet.

  • Eyelash clients will need a test patch at least 24 hours before their first set of lashes.

  • Eyelash clients - Please refer to my aftercare for how to look after your lashes as I cannot be held responsible for your eyelash aftercare. I have aftercare both online and I give you a leaflet.

  • After 4 weeks, a new set is likely to be charged as the growth is very likely to be too long with the existing extensions.

  • It is advisable to book infills at the time of booking your new set appointment to avoid disappointment.

HEATH/SICKNESS POLICY

  • It is possible if you are under the weather that lying on your back with adhesive fumes can make you feel worse. Also being completely self-employed I can not afford to be off sick. You must be free of bugs, sickness etc. for a minimum of 48 hours prior to an appointment, this also applies if you are looking after small children in your home. If you have a fever or are unwell – please reschedule.

  • As your therapist I will be working close to you, therefore this holds a high risk of passing on illnesses to myself and other clients, this includes common colds, coughs and flu. Please be aware if you have recently undergone chemotherapy it is in your best interest to wait 12-18 months to allow your immune system and health of your lashes to return to optimum health. Any eye infections i.e. conjunctivitis is highly contagious and you will need to be clear of any symptoms for a minimum of 10-14 days before any treatments can begin.

  • Please be aware some medications can hugely affect the lifespan of your lashes.

  • Please inform me at the time of booking if you have any other medical issues not listed than may affect your treatment. This information is totally confidential.

    NO REFUNDS

  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your treatment please let me know before you leave so we can discuss any alterations. Should you decide after you leave you are unhappy this must be advised within 48 hours and you must return to me within 3 days if you wish for any changes to be considered.

    NO VISITORS

  • Visitors are not permitted to attend any treatments, this includes children and babies. Please respect this policy as I do not have a waiting room and work from my home.
